Haunted Illinois hailed the attraction as “ambitious, impressive and epic…like nothing I have ever seen this side of Disney World”. AX is one of the most highly detailed, animated, movie quality shows this side of Hollywood.Always evolving, this year AX guests are actively part of the horror, controlling internal scares via video feeds from the inner sanctum, alarming other patrons already inside the show via the new interactive graveyard called Dead of Winter. Three unique haunts (The House: Home for the Horrordays, Subterranean, and Armageddon: Big Top Terror) covering over 45,000 scare feet makes the Asylum Xperiment the largest haunted attraction in Chicagoland area.
